WAVEPIA is the RFIC/MMIC design house located in South Korea. We design and develop RF GaN HEMT Bare dies and RF GaN Transistors which are customizable upon the customer’s request. We provide not only the devices but also our own RF solutions named as High Power GaN PLL.

While the processing era has reached its full scale and existing semiconductor processing technology has reached its limit, our company has challenged core processing and found the solution that can bring evolution to semiconductor technology. Instead of following a pre-existing path, we have read the technological trends and innovatively researched with conviction and competence.
